I meet you where you're at and help you achieve your health goals using Chinese Medicine. I'm a conduit.

hey, I'm MELISSA

Melissa received her Masters of Science in Acupuncture from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Prior to that, she attended SUNY Buffalo where she attained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Personal experience, professional training

Melissa found acupuncture while working in a dental office and discovering she had a health issue (high blood pressure) that needed to be dealt with immediately. After trying Western medication, Melissa found that acupuncture and Chinese herbs allowed her to find her way back to health in a holistic way.

Her story really began when she needed an alternative to Western Medicine for her own health issues.

Melissa is trained in cosmetic facial acupuncture and microneedling. As a lifelong dancer, athlete and current rock climber Melissa is no stranger to injury. She has taken a special interest in treating injuries, musculoskeletal pain, and the use of acupuncture, cupping, and tuina to alleviate these pains. Neuropathies, facial palsies, and paralysis are also areas that she focuses on. Melissa also has years of experience treating women’s health, hormone regulation & fertility issues.

As a former teacher, Melissa has a special interest in treating children, and teenagers, meeting them where they are at, helping them understand they have autonomy in their treatments and helping them reach their health goals, such as athletic pain management, anxiety, headaches, digestive and sleep issues.

In her spare time, you can find Melissa playing out in nature, climbing rocks, or working on an art project.
